The Lutheran Women's Missionary League Board serves as an "umbrella" to the five LWML Circles: Altar Guild, Ladies Guild, Women in the Word, Mission Society, and Sisters in Faith. The makeup of the board consists of the President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, Christian Growth Chairman, Mission Service Chairman, and Member Development Chairman. In addition, each circle is represented by its President and another circle member. Pastor Marcis serves as pastoral counselor. The Board meets 3 to 4 times a year at the call of the President. The Mission Statement of the LWML is "to assist each woman of the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod in affirming her relationship with the Triune God so that she is enabled to use her gifts in ministry to the people of the world". The St. Paul LWML unit is connected to the National LWML, the LWML-Ohio District, and the LWML Napoleon Zone. The St. Paul LWML prayerfully endeavors to serve all confirmed women of our parish. Opportunities for participation are available especially in Mission service sponsored by the LWML Board (Adopt-a-Confirmand & Student Kits for St. Paul college students).
