Mrs. Kuhlman was born in Napoleon, Ohio.  She attended St. Paul Lutheran School from grades 1-8, and graduated from Napoleon High School in 1987.  She attended Northwest State Community College and graduated in 1989.  In 1989, she married Tony Kuhlman.  She worked for the Henry County Department of Human Services until 1996 when her son Tanner was born.  Three years later her daughter Abby was born.  When her children went to school full-time Mrs. Kuhlman started volunteering at St. Paul.  During this time she also worked for the Center of Child and Family Advocacy.  In 2008, she began working with Crusader Care.  She also added the job of Athletic Secretary soon after.  Mrs. Kuhlman lives in Napoleon with her family.  When she is not working she enjoys spending time with her family and attending her children's sporting events.
